Warehouse Worker

A well-established food production company is seeking warehouse workers to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position suited for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
Job Title: Warehouse and Production
Location: Brentwood, NY
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available
Compensation: $17-18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Receive and properly store inventory; verify product counts against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging and shipment.
Loading and Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care.
Palletizing: Organize products on pallets and prepare them for shipment.
Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks involving physical labor.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Adherence to safety standards and operational procedures is required.
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
