Room Attendant

Silk Hospitality is a leading provider of housekeeping services to luxury hotels across Australia.
We’re currently hiring Room Attendants, with a minimum of 4 shifts per week. You’ll be working in a supportive, friendly environment where reliability, a great attitude, and attention to detail are highly valued.
Experience is a bonus, but not essential as we’re happy to train the right person.

Role responsibilities include:
Clean and maintain guest rooms/ public areas to the highest hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities
Ensure all areas are spotless, fresh, and welcoming
Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas
Always maintain safety & hygiene standards
About you?
Professional in presentation and approach, experienced providing quality customer service, and working in a fast-paced and high-energy role. Comfortable working on your own or as part of a team, you possess a proactive attitude, an excellent work ethic and a reliable, dependable nature.
