Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest cleaning standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms to the required standards.
Assist guests with inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and features.
Adhere to all guest privacy and security protocols.
Stock and maintain housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are well-supplied and neatly presented.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive, responsible, and adaptable attitude with a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
A commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
Professional personal presentation and grooming.
