Strata Cleaner

Days & Hours: Monday to Sunday
Shift 7:00am- 3:00 pm
Role:
We are seeking a professional and experienced cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of residential strata buildings. This role involves both indoor and outdoor cleaning, focusing on common areas such as lobbies, lifts, recreational spaces and carparks.
Main duties:
1.Indoor Tasks: Vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning.
2.Outdoor Tasks: Leaf blowing, picking up rubbish, and keeping grounds tidy.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
1.High attention to detail and hygiene
2.Physically fit with a positive, can-do attitude
3.Reliable, punctual, with good time management
4.Strong English communication skills
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6.Australian working rights (TFN or ABN)
Employment Type: Temp-to-perm opportunity
Pay: $27.08 – $33.85 per hour
