Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher

Requirements:
Experience in a similar kitchen role is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including the dishwashing area and storage spaces.
Support chefs and kitchen staff during service by delivering ingredients and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Please note: Must be available 7 days a week for a rotating roster including nights.
