Warehouse Associate (Casual)

Responsibilities
Filling, capping and labelling bottles, tins and boxes on our semi-automatic line
Building cartons, packing finished product and stacking secure pallets for dispatch
Picking and packing wholesale and customer orders, printing and applying shipping labels
Checking every unit is leak-free, clean and shelf-ready, and fixing it when it isn’t
Assembling gift boxes and retail kits
Receiving deliveries, counting stock and keeping inventory records accurate
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Flagging safety issues early and telling us when you spot a faster way to run something
You Will Possess
An ability to work with speed, urgency and accuracy.
Minimum 12 months experience working in a warehouse / distribution centre.
A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure that every product is consistently shelf-ready.
An eye for process. If you can see a better way to set up a line, we want to hear it.
Strong teamwork skills.
Autonomy and self-management to maintain a high output of work even when unattended.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to take direction and learn fast.
Hold flexible work hours.
A good level of physical strength and fitness.
Highly Desirable
A curiosity to analyse and optimise processes.
A desire to learn and take direction.
An understanding of OHS legislative requirements.

Pay: $33.85 per hour
